Canyoning, Gorge Walking and Tyrolean traverse.

Climbing up waterfalls, sliding down natural rock chutes and plunging into deep pools are just a few of the experiences offered in this day. Wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids are provided along with some of the most active and experienced guides in the buisness; you will need to bring a swimming costume (for under the wetsuit), a towel and a spare pair of trainers for this immensely enjoyable day. This instructor-led group activity is an excellent outing for stag and hen parties and adventure seekers. Come and join in the fun in one of the most rapidly expanding sports that the outdoors has to offer.

All canyons used are located in the southern highlands and in the central belt of Scotland.

How about finishing the day off with a 40 meter waterfall lower? Then try out our extreme canyon challenge. Alternativelly finish the day off with our Tyrolean traverse.

A Tyrolean traverse is a manoeuvre that involves climbing between two high points on a rope strung taut between them. We know a couple of gorges that are ideal for a traverse that allow us to cross waterfalls and steep ravines up to 40m in the air! Please note that this is a separate activity and is only run when combined with a canyon trip.

Canyoning is a group activity run with a minimum of four people and is ideal for larger groups such as a stag or hen party.

Costs are £35 pp for our entry level canyon trip and £45 pp for our advanced full on adrenaline canyon trips and £15 pp for the Tyrolean traverse.

Combine our two canyons for a full day canyoning, price is set at £65 pp. Perfect for people looking for a full day's adventure.
